Develop and maintain a comprehensive product roadmap aligned with business goals and market needs
Conduct market research, competitive analysis

Responsibilities:

Collaborate with UX design and engineering teams to define, prioritize, and deliver new features
Work closely with data science teams to leverage AI and machine learning capabilities in product development
Define and analyze key metrics to measure product performance

Requirements:

5+ years of product management experience, with at least 3 years in B2B SaaS products
Strong understanding of AI, machine learning, and their applications in HR tech
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
