Job Description

The Partner Solutions Expert serves as a technical bridge between ConnectWise and our valued partners, combining deep product expertise with strategic problem-solving to drive partner success. This role functions as a trusted technical advisor who ensures partners maximize value from ConnectWise solutions while providing critical feedback to enhance our product offering. Essential duties include delivering advanced technical guidance, providing comprehensive technical enablement to the Partner Success Team, serving as the primary advocate for partner needs, collaborating with Product Management, and supporting Partner Success Managers during critical engagements. The Expert facilitates technical workshops with partners, partners with Sales Engineering and Support teams, and collaborates with Marketing to develop content.
