Accounts Payable Lead Canada

We are looking for an AP Lead to join our Accounts Payable team at SurveyMonkey. This candidate will report to the Global AP and T&E Manager. Provide daily guidance, support, and oversight to the offshore AP data processing team, acting as a subject matter expert for all day-to-day tasks and inquiries. Actively monitor and manage AP queues within Coupa to ensure a smooth flow of invoices and payments to NetSuite, assisting the team with prioritization and workload balancing. Serve as a resource for the offshore team on all technical aspects of Coupa, NetSuite, and Navan, providing training and troubleshooting support. Collaborate with the offshore team to address and resolve complex vendor inquiries and payment issues. Act as a critical liaison between the AP Manager and the offshore team, facilitating clear communication and ensuring team members are aligned on goals and process changes.
