Product Designer

As a Product Designer at GameChanger, you will play a crucial role in shaping the product experience for coaches, players, families, and fans in the youth sports space. Reporting to the Product Design Manager, you'll be part of a team focused on developing solutions that empower coaches and communities, driving business growth. This hands-on role requires someone capable of managing projects from initial discovery to launch and subsequent iterations, working closely with Product and Engineering teams.

Responsibilities include leading the end-to-end design process across mobile and web platforms, collaborating with product and engineering partners, and facilitating design discussions. You will define problems and quickly find solutions, conduct user research, and translate findings into meaningful outcomes. Crafting intuitive design flows, prototypes, and high-fidelity UI for mobile and web is also part of the role, as well as evolving the design practice at GameChanger.

The ideal candidate will have 3+ years of experience designing user-focused native mobile products, with a portfolio showcasing impact, processes, and collaboration. Experience with user research, strong communication skills, and a data-oriented approach are also required.
