Senior Counsel, Product, Payments and Compliance

Responsibilities:

• Serve as the primary legal advisor to product and engineering teams developing blockchain-based payments infrastructure.
• Provide proactive guidance on US financial services laws including money transmission and payments regulation.
• Design and implement internal compliance policies, product governance frameworks, and risk assessment processes.

Requirements:

• J.D. degree from an accredited law school and active admission to at least one U.S. state bar.
• 7+ years of legal experience in fintech, payments, banking, or blockchain environments.
• Strong expertise in US financial services regulation and experience advising on product legal matters.
