What You'll Do:
- Set technical direction across the data platform.
- Design, implement, and operationalize core systems hands-on.
- Write POCs to validate ideas.
We'd Love It If You Have:
- Deep, hands-on experience building, optimizing, and operating storage and/or database systems in production.
- Polyglot background and comfortable picking up new ones.
- Familiarity with columnar formats (Arrow, Parquet), query engines, or storage engine design.
