The QA Manager will lead the Quality Assurance team, ensuring software meets high standards. Responsibilities include: Leading and scaling the QA team and instilling best practices. Architecting and evolving QA strategy across various testing types. Driving test automation initiatives using modern frameworks and languages. Collaborating with Engineering, Product, and DevOps to build quality into each phase of the SDLC. Building and maintaining a test infrastructure integrated with CI/CD pipelines. Defining and tracking quality metrics. Promoting shift-left testing practices.
