This role offers the opportunity to work on complex workforce management systems and integrations, providing high-impact solutions that streamline HR processes and enhance operational efficiency. The UKG Developer will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining data pipelines and integrations between various platforms. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless software functionality, optimize processes, and deliver robust solutions across scheduling, timekeeping, absence management, and reporting. Working in a dynamic, collaborative environment, you will help ensure that software solutions meet current and future business needs while adhering to best practices. Accountabilities include design, develop, and manage integration pipelines using UKG Boomi and other related platforms.
