The Usability and Adoption team is be responsible for accelerating the userβs understanding of North, their engagement, and long-term platform adoption through targeted experimentation and experience optimization. You'll identify friction points across the user journey and design solutions to make North more intuitive, learnable, and valuable. This is a high-velocity role where you'll run rapid experiments, validate hypotheses, and iterate based on feedback. Success means deeply understanding what makes users successful in North and systematically removing barriers to adoption.
In this role, you will own the design process end-to-end for Usability and Adoption initiatives. Identify opportunities to improve platform learnability, feature discoverability, and user engagement through data analysis and qualitative research. Design and ship rapid experiments to test hypotheses about user behaviour, iterating quickly based on results while maintaining a high quality bar for user experience.
