Responsibilities:
- Create engaging and effective training materials.
- Deliver Onboarding Training sessions on site.
- Conduct site visits to identify employee training needs.
Training Program Development:
- Utilize Learning Management Systems (LMS) to organize and track training initiatives.
- Work closely with subject matter experts to ensure the accuracy of training content.
- Stay updated with the latest trends and best practices in instructional design.
Additional Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement evaluation mechanisms to assess the effectiveness of training programs.
- Collect feedback from participants and stakeholders to continuously improve content.
- Handle all other duties consistent with the role as assigned by management.
