  • Stay updated with the latest trends and best practices in instructional design.

Additional Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement evaluation mechanisms to assess the effectiveness of training programs.
  • Collect feedback from participants and stakeholders to continuously improve content.
  • Handle all other duties consistent with the role as assigned by management.
