Job Description
Serves as the central connector between Product Services teams (Product Writing, Creative Content, Product Analytics, Community, and Product Localization), ensuring seamless collaboration, effective information sharing, and coordinated content delivery across all platforms. This role enhances cross-team visibility and streamlines workflows to maximize the impact of Product Services' contributions to KnowBe4's product ecosystem.
Responsibilities include: Develop and maintain a unified tracking system, create and distribute regular status updates, facilitate cross-team collaboration by coordinating handoffs between teams and ensuring alignment of deliverables. Assist with maintaining internal documentation, coordinate content publication schedules, organize and facilitate cross-team meetings, create and manage a central repository of organization/team updates, and develop standardized templates and tools to streamline collaboration.
