EHS Leader

Responsible for activities and processes that assist the Environmental Health and Safety organization achieve business objectives. Impacts the team's ability to achieve service, quality and timeliness of objectives. The role is subject to operating policy objectives. There is moderate autonomy within the role and high levels of operational judgment is required to achieve outcomes required. Will lead, coach, mentor and guide on a day-to-day basis a team of EHS professionals across NAM region. Provide the necessary direction and training to build business EHS capabilities and knowledge within EHS personnel. Provide oversight and governance to ensure EHS compliance with applicable management systems, programs, legislation and standards for distributed (projects and services) operations across the region.
