Role Overview:
- Build and own the Revenue Operations function, including commercial processes, systems, and reporting.
- Serve as primary owner of CRM operations, ensuring data accuracy, pipeline visibility, and optimization.
- Develop revenue forecasting, pipeline governance, and executive-level reporting.
Responsibilities:
- Establish scalable revenue operations practices and optimize workflows across Sales, Marketing, and Finance.
- Design dashboards, KPIs, and reporting structures for commercial insights.
- Lead deal desk processes, pricing approvals, and contract workflows.
Qualifications:
- 8+ years in Revenue Operations or Sales Operations, preferably in healthcare tech or SaaS.
- Expertise in HubSpot CRM, forecasting, and pipeline management.
- Strong analytical, process improvement, and leadership skills.
Compensation & Benefits:
- Competitive base salary of $145,000-$185,000 plus bonus.
