Senior Content Specialist

Key Responsibilities:

• Actively contribute expertise to shape content strategies aligned with the member journey and MX team goals.
• Develop and maintain robust content structure for internal and external knowledge bases, including taxonomies and metadata schemas.
• Establish governance standards such as templates, style guides, and lifecycle workflows for consistency and scalability.

Knowledge Management:

• Design scalable frameworks and structured content models for internal knowledge bases to ensure accurate, discoverable resources.
• Partner with Support Engineering and Ops to develop logic trees and user pathways for automated outcomes.
• Maintain clear documentation for internal processes and tools to increase compliance and ease of use.

Qualifications:

• 8–10+ years in content strategy, knowledge management, or customer experience roles in fast-paced tech environments.
• Proven track record building and managing complex knowledge bases and content frameworks.
• Experience integrating Generative AI tools into content workflows for categorization and drafting.
