Senior Director, Process Optimization

The Senior Director, Process Optimization will serve as the business lead in the development of a unified, automated, and AI-enabled analytics infrastructure for Provider Network (PN) Operations. This role will work with Business Intelligence and Product to architect and implement scalable data pipelines, and integrate operations, contract, financial, and performance data. This role is critical to establishing transparent, real-time reporting capabilities across our national network. As a key leader in our enterprise modernization, this individual will directly support PN Operations’ efforts to replace fragmented workflows with intelligent automation and data-driven insights. This role will report to the Vice President, Provider Network Operations and work closely with the Chief Performance Officer, Customer Success, Product, Business Intelligence, Finance, and the People team. The ideal candidate will bring strong operations knowledge and an exceptional background in data architecture, API integration, and advanced analytics, alongside a passion for creating scalable systems that improve outcomes and transparency across complex healthcare operations.
