Job Description

This role will lead the paid media and performance marketing strategy across the full DTC funnel for patient marketing, driving scalable growth with strong ROI discipline across a nine-figure budget.

Team Management:

  • Build and lead a high-performing team, manage agency partners, and oversee performance and brand paid media programs.
  • Manage a team and provide guidance and mentorship.
  • Partner closely with analytics to implement measurement and experimentation frameworks.

Strategy and Planning:

  • Plan, forecast, and report on channel performance, scale patient starts efficiently, and continuously test creative, targeting, bidding, and new channels.
  • Work on brand and awareness media strategy.
  • Ensure on-brand creative, a strong martech foundation, and disciplined investment planning.

Requirements:

  • 10+ years of paid media and growth marketing experience.
  • Track record scaling DTC programs with $50M+ budgets.
  • Experience onboarding and working with high performing external marketing agencies.
