Key Responsibilities:
- Schedule and assign qualified interpreters based on client needs.
- Support resource management, including screening language professionals.
- Maintain and update resource databases.
Client Coordination:
- Serve as a point of contact for clients, providing updates.
- Liaise with clients to clarify requirements and provide status updates.
- Communicate with clients and ensure they utilize the contract.
Reporting & Compliance:
- Monitor progress of language services assignments and track deliverables.
- Assist in preparing regular reports and briefings for management.
- Report on performance against quality, timeliness, and compliance standards.
