Job Description
As a Software Engineer you will collaborate with various teams to understand workflows and identify friction points, turning real needs into technical solutions. You will design, prototype, and build internal tools or MVPs, optimizing processes and enhancing customer experience. Utilizing your backend development skills in Python, JavaScript/Node, or Ruby, you will build services, automate tasks, and integrate with APIs, working with SQL. You will identify opportunities, pitch and test ideas fast, and evolve solutions based on feedback. The role encourages experimentation and learning, supported by a knowledge-sharing team in a hybrid, flexible environment.
