Solutions Architect Lead

As part of the Product team at Offchain Labs, you will get to work with leaders in the blockchain space solving novel technical, economic, and social challenges. In this role you’ll work directly with leading application teams to improve their experience using Arbitrum technology and accelerate their growth through direct contribution. You’ll also serve as an advocate and educator generally, interacting with the developer ecosystem online and in-person. You’ll collaborate closely with our engineering team, third-party teams in the Arbitrum ecosystem, and company leaders, including our CTO and Head of Product. You will proactively identify, contribute to, and advocate for strategic partnerships with promising application teams, fostering an ecosystem of the most engaging on-chain experiences. You will own developer success across leading application teams in the Arbitrum ecosystem, working alongside builders to solve challenges involved in using and integrating with Arbitrum technology, and accelerating their development. You will work directly with the Product team to relay and incorporate feedback from projects and the developer community into our roadmap, and help shape the go-to-market strategy of new products, especially for the developer audience. You will work alongside our engineers to improve our tooling, from the Arbitrum SDK to custom tooling aimed at launching new chains, and assist with the creation of tutorials, demos, and other reference materials. You will represent Offchain Labs at developer events and assist with live coding sessions, speaking at conferences, virtual meetups, and hackathons, working with our Marketing and Events team to prioritize and attend key events.
