Job Description

  • Project Engineering & Consulting: Focus on design, architecture, integration, implementation, and documentation for customer projects; involve research, benchmarking, testing, and reference architectures.
  • Consultative Support: Offer case-initiated support for strategic users, customers, and prospects; assist with implementation, onboarding, production launches, and Proof of Concepts (POCs).
  • Support Team Collaboration: Handle L1 to L3 cases and communications when not assigned to projects; partner with Product Management, Engineering, and Sales to enhance the product roadmap.
  • Content Development: Contribute to Public and Internal Documentation, Knowledge Base articles, ClickHouse Learning, Reference Architecture, blogs, and benchmark results.
  • Team Growth: Assist with hiring and mentoring new team members to support the company's growth.
