What You’ll Do:
- Build core backend functionality in Ruby on Rails and relational databases.
- Architect backend improvements for performance and scalability and build React components in TypeScript.
- Drive projects from concept to production and build third-party integrations.
What We’re Looking For:
- 5+ years of professional full-stack web development with strong Ruby and Rails experience.
- Proficiency in JavaScript, preferably with React, Vue, or Angular, and interest in AI/LLM technologies.
- Excellent written communication, code review skills, and a deep appreciation for UX.
