Clinical/Counselling Psychologist

We are working in partnership with a large healthcare provider and are seeking experienced Clinical or Counselling Psychologists to deliver high-quality, safe, and effective psychological support to clients remotely. The purpose of this role is to provide evidence-based therapeutic care with a focus on achieving strong clinical outcomes. Conduct comprehensive assessments and formulations to inform effective treatment planning. Offer flexible models of service delivery, including telephone and video consultations, depending on client needs. Adhere to clinical governance, internal case management processes, and professional standards. Work within client-defined sessional limits, aiming for meaningful therapeutic progress. Provide signposting and referrals where clinically appropriate. Deliver ad-hoc or one-off wellbeing coaching or psychological support as required. Conduct one-off assessments and make appropriate referral recommendations. Lead or support remote psychoeducational workshops and wellbeing events. Work autonomously within professional guidelines and organisational procedures. Attend regular clinical supervision and team meetings to support ongoing development and compliance with professional body guidelines. Collaborate with clinical and operational teams to continuously enhance client and employee experiences.
