The Beyond Finance team seeks a skilled mental health coach for a 6-month contract with potential conversion to full-time. You will support remote client success representatives with personal or work issues, conduct 1:1 sessions, partner with stakeholders, and present reports. We are looking for someone with a strong background in psychology and corporate culture, as well as interpersonal skills.
As a Therapist Supervisor, you will help recruit, onboard, train, support, and manage a team of therapists who provide clinical care to patients and their families. You will provide clinical supervision and consultation, working closely with clinical leadership to create a positive work environment and support therapists in delivering high-quality cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT) for anxiety and OCD.
