Job Description
The Operations and Finance Manager will lead the internal systems that keep Gifted Savings running smoothly and efficiently. This role includes overseeing bookkeeping, payroll, benefits administration, vendor payments, hiring and onboarding, and team operations. As a key member of the internal team, the Operations and Finance Manager will report to the Executive Director and work closely with the Comptroller, CFO, and COO to ensure compliance, streamline processes, and support a strong and healthy organizational foundation.
This role includes managing internal bookkeeping processes, processing payroll and maintaining payroll compliance, managing accounts payable, assisting with monthly reconciliations and financial reporting, leading hiring and onboarding processes, and maintaining HR compliance.
