Intake Therapist (Florida License) - Contractor Remote

As a Pediatric Mental Health Intake Therapist (Virtual) working as an independent contractor, your primary responsibility will be conducting initial mental health intakes and assessments for K-12 students. Conduct initial intakes and assessments with children in grades K-12 and their parent/guardian. Collaborate with other Hazel Mental Health Therapists to ensure children successfully transition into our services.
