- Diagnose the funnel end-to-end and prioritize opportunities by impact and certainty.
- Optimize the conversion without compromising risk controls: maintain or decrease the default rate while reducing average response times.
- Reduce abandonment in critical stages (quotation, documents, onboarding) through rigorous experimentation.
What Makes You Strong:
- 3+ years of experience in Product or equivalent role with real ownership over results.
- Experience moving metrics like conversion, response times, decision quality, or risk.
- Ability to work end-to-end: diagnosis → hypothesis → experiment → decision → iteration.
Technical Profile:
- Real ability to analyze data (SQL to query and understand funnel and metrics).
- Experience designing and measuring experiments with rigor.
- Proficiency using IA tools to accelerate discovery and prototyping.
