About the Role:

  • We are seeking a COINS Construction ERP Software Administrator to ensure optimal system performance and utilization.
  • You will manage system configuration, data integrity, and security while collaborating with teams across the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Act as liaison for operations, payroll, service, and financial modules, assisting with reporting and troubleshooting.
  • Gather business requirements, coordinate UAT, and document processes for continuous system improvement.
  • Monitor performance, customize modules, and provide user training and support.

Qualifications & Ideal Candidate:

  • At least 3 years of experience as a COINS ERP administrator or similar role with strong technical skills.
  • Excellent communication and ability to work independently and with teams; construction industry experience preferred.
