Job Description
Seeking a Senior DevOps Engineer with deep technical expertise and a strategic mindset to lead the evolution of Tenna’s cloud infrastructure. In this high-impact role, you will help shape DevOps practices, drive innovation across systems architecture, and enable the Engineering Team to deliver highly available, secure, and scalable services.
As a senior member of the Engineering organization, you will be hands-on in developing automation solutions, optimizing performance and cost efficiency, and mentoring the team on modern DevOps best practices. This role requires a strong foundation in infrastructure as code, cloud-native technologies, and continuous delivery pipelines.
You will design scalable, redundant, cost-effective, and fault-tolerant infrastructure for our production systems, proactively manage infrastructure costs and optimize recommendations, and help migrate existing applications into Kubernetes, supporting container orchestration strategies. You will also be responsible for building and maintaining robust CI/CD pipelines and operational tooling to support rapid development and deployment cycles, writing high-quality JavaScript code and Bash scripts to automate infrastructure processes, and troubleshooting issues.
