The Role:

• We are seeking a mid- to senior-level Wildfire Resilience Planner to join our fire protection and wildfire planning team.
• This full-time position involves leading projects, pursuing new opportunities, and mentoring multidisciplinary teams.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare CWPPs, WRAs, VMPs, and other wildfire resilience and hazard mitigation planning documents.
• Develop scopes, schedules, budgets, and proposals; manage project delivery and client relationships.
• Conduct risk assessments, facilitate community engagement, and present defensible recommendations to decision-makers.

Who You Are:

• You have at least 8 years of progressively responsible experience in wildfire resilience, community planning, or a closely related field.
• You have proven project management skills, strong technical writing and facilitation abilities, and experience with CEQA/NEPA.
• You are solution-oriented, adaptable, and able to translate complex data into practical, implementation-ready guidance.
