Job Summary:
- You will own the configuration, deployment, and customer enablement of First Due's field response modules.
- This role requires working knowledge of fire ground operations, incident command, pre-incident planning, and water supply.
- You will work with Core agencies in standard pairing with an Implementation Manager.
Key Responsibilities:
- Configure Pre-Planning, Responder, Hydrants, and Command modules to align with NFPA standards.
- Partner with the Implementation Manager to deliver milestones on plan and maintain project status.
- Surface product gaps and enhancement requests to the product organization.
Qualifications:
- Three or more years of customer-facing implementation experience in SaaS or equivalent fire agency experience.
- Strong public safety industry knowledge including fire ground operations and incident command.
- Familiarity with GIS and mapping concepts as applied to response data.
