Revenue Cycle Specialist

Ensures optimum reimbursement and works to improve the day-to-day operations of the revenue cycle. Responsible for providing timely responses to both internal and external customers. The role involves working as part of a multi-departmental team to address billing inquiries and offering a variety of revenue cycle support services essential for daily operations. The specialist processes and follows up on payer issues, collaborating with various entities to ensure resolution. They research and resolve straightforward account activity, providing clear communication on billing methods and principles to customers while addressing any concerns. This role actively participates in the account's progression throughout the revenue cycle process, maintaining the accuracy and integrity of the revenue cycle system and the accounts within it, and contributing to the team's efforts to meet organizational targets.
