Lead Product Designer

Design is at our core at Shopmonkey. As a Lead Product Designer, you have a critical role in defining our relationship with our customers through the product. The ideal candidate is a strong design leader, understands product and design thinking and is responsible for helping define the requirements and the vision while designing from start to finish features to be shipped in our core product. You will have the opportunity to partner with product management and support & success to fully understand our customers and create user research studies. You will brainstorm, design and deliver new features and enhancements and work with QA and support to make sure designs are documented and clear to allow for thorough testing. You'll also coordinate with cross functional teams to see designs delivered and released. We're looking for someone with 7+ years of SaaS and B2B experience, design experience with web and mobile apps and is highly skilled in Figma.
