About the Role:
- Serve as Finance Business Partner for Communications, Marketing, and other teams.
- Turn financial data into insight that senior executives and program owners actually use.
What You'll Do:
- Own budgeting, forecasting, and long-term financial planning for assigned teams.
- Develop and maintain financial models that surface trends, flag risks, and reveal opportunities.
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual reports with variance analysis and KPIs.
What You'll Bring:
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or Economics plus 5+ years in financial analysis.
- Experience budgeting, forecasting, and reporting, ideally in a nonprofit or mission-driven environment.
- Fluency in Excel/Google Sheets and modern financial modeling tools.
