Job Description

This role involves collaborating with founders and stakeholders to define product goals, roadmaps, and success metrics aligned with business objectives across both products. A critical aspect is user discovery and insights, where the Product Manager works closely with the VP of Customer Success to coordinate customer interviews, gather feedback, and synthesize insights to deeply understand user needs in both the philanthropic and AI domains. Execution and delivery are key, requiring the writing of clear product specs, prioritizing features, and collaborating closely with engineering, design, and marketing teams to deliver product releases on time. The candidate will facilitate agile planning, lead stand-ups, and serve as the go-to resource between tech, ops, and client teams. They will partner with Finance/Ops to model COGS, gross‑margin, and lifetime value; surface cost drivers early in the product‑discovery process and ensure roadmap priorities improve both user value and contribution margin. Also expected to establish leading/lagging KPIs across acquisition, engagement, retention, revenue, and cost—including COGS and payback period—then instrument dashboards, run A/B tests, and iterate based on the results. Finally, the individual should stay ahead of trends in AI, nonprofit tech, and SaaS and identify new opportunities to enhance our offerings.
