About the Team and Role:
- Build cutting-edge features from the ground up as part of a team focused on enhancing our Developer API.
- Play a key role in shaping how developers deploy bots on the platform and consume our APIs.
- Help plan and implement new product features.
Responsibilities:
- Be a champion for both developer experience and for sustainable, scalable code practices.
- Participate in on-call responsibilities to ensure Poe provides a reliable and high quality product.
Minimum Requirements:
- 5+ years of experience working with large scale codebases and systems
- 3+ years experience in Python, Java, C++ or similar programming language
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
