As an IT Systems Administrator, you will create best-in-class solutions to optimize IT systems and processes. You will ensure that system hardware, operating systems, applications, and related procedures adhere to our organizational values through system administration and endpoint management technologies. You are empowered to engage cross-functionally and to forge new paths to achieve the highest level of efficiency for employees.

This role involves designing and scaling Quora's existing data infrastructure, improving system’s reliability, working closely with other teams to improve or create new tooling for our infrastructure, and promoting the correct use of data at the company. You'll be optimizing and enhancing our company’s data architecture/pipelines to support our next generation data initiatives.

As the manager of the Poe Platform Team, you will drive technical excellence, mentor engineers, and collaborate across functions to deliver high-quality solutions. You'll define team roadmaps aligned with business goals while fostering an inclusive and innovative engineering culture. This role involves leading a team, improving developer velocity, and driving high engineering standards across Poe teams.
