Technical Consulting Manager & Lead Solutions Architect

Role Overview:

• Lead consulting engagements and partner with client stakeholders to evaluate, design, and modernize complex software and infrastructure architectures.
• Act as Engagement & Technical Lead, driving small, high-performing consulting teams to deliver milestones on time and acting as a trusted technical advisor.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead architectural discoveries, scalability and technical debt evaluations, and infrastructure assessments on Azure and hybrid environments.
• Synthesize actionable modernization roadmaps and author executive-level technical reports and architecture diagrams.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience leading technical workstreams and small consulting teams.
• Deep experience with distributed architectures, cloud infrastructure, and Azure; familiarity with IaC and CI/CD.
