Responsibilities:
- Represent ComPsych at international conferences, expert panels, and industry forums, focusing on the continental European market.
- Collaborate with sales and customer success teams in global sales pursuits, contributing to RFP responses and strategic account sessions.
- Drive new clinical initiatives globally, communicating program updates and emerging trends to senior management and external stakeholders.
Clinical Quality Oversight:
- Establish and monitor clinical quality indicators and benchmarks applicable to all markets and delivery models.
- Ensure compliance with clinical protocols, legal requirements, and documentation standards across global operations.
- Evaluate clinical performance data to identify trends and opportunities for service improvement, translating findings into operational changes.
Global Leadership and Staff Management:
- Provide direct supervision of global intake offices and clinical staff, responsible for their productivity, performance, and professional development.
- Apply clinical judgment to resolve escalating service issues, provide crisis stabilization guidance, and ensure appropriate resource allocation.
- Promote a culture of clinical excellence, accountability, and continuous improvement within global intake teams.
