Job Description
Lead the strategy, operations, and experience of Testlio’s global network of over 60k freelancers. Build and manage a small but mighty team who are responsible for onboarding, recruiting, quality & compliance, and engagement roles — to support the crowd across their entire journey. Drive the growth of the network in alignment with client demand and delivery forecasts. Oversee onboarding and vetting programs to ensure the crowd is activated efficiently and meets Testlio’s quality standards.
Partner with Finance and Delivery to help shape fair, transparent, and scalable compensation systems for the crowd. Create systems that help forecast, plan, and optimize crowd availability and readiness for client needs. Work closely with Delivery, Product, Finance & Ops, People & Culture, and Marketing teams to align crowd programs with company priorities.
Partner with Product to improve crowd-facing platform experiences. Analyze data to understand performance, satisfaction, and retention across the network and take action on what you learn. Strengthen communication with the crowd, ensuring they’re informed, heard, and engaged. Support community-led initiatives, recognition programs, and moments that help our crowd feel connected to the mission. Be a collaborative partner across the company, aligning crowd initiatives with client, product, and brand goals. Foster a culture of experimentation, inclusion, and adaptability within the crowd team — be ready to try things, learn fast, and iterate.
