Credit Risk Officer

As a Credit Risk Officer, you will be responsible for shaping how we assess and manage credit across a portfolio of growth tech companies. You’ll play a key role in building a scalable, tech-driven risk infrastructure and work closely with our Finance, Product, and Data teams to ensure every credit decision is robust, data-driven, and aligned with our growth ambitions. You’ll lead deal structuring and credit decisioning, ensuring a healthy balance between risk and return. Shape collections, risk mitigation, and recovery strategies, working closely with external partners. Continuously evolve risk policies, processes, and tools to improve scalability and automation. Collaborate with funding partners, auditors, and legal advisors to maintain strong governance and compliance. Act as a strategic partner to leadership, delivering insights that help balance growth ambitions with disciplined risk management.
