- Stay close to the full Rowan experience and drive projects to conclusion.
Qualifications:
- Experience shipping production agentic software and leading engineering teams.
- Strong product judgment and hands-on familiarity with LLM applications and agentic systems.
- Comfortable driving outcomes in ambiguity and leading through clarity.
