Mechanical Engineer V - Team Manager

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead complex mechanical design challenges for controllable solid propulsion systems, including rocket motors, igniters, and actuators.
• Develop and interpret detailed CAD models, technical drawings, GD&T, and tolerance analysis.
• Set up and validate structural, dynamic, thermal, and combustion simulations.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in aerospace, mechanical, or electrical engineering with 10+ years of mechanical design experience.
• Strong experience with SolidWorks, GD&T, and hands-on propulsion system design.
• Proven ability to lead, mentor, and develop engineering teams.
