**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Design, analyze, and develop solid rocket motor and propulsion system components, subsystems, and integrated hardware from concept through qualification and production.
  • Perform engineering analyses related to motor performance, internal ballistics, combustion, thermal environments, structural integrity, insulation, nozzles, grains, cases, and other propulsion hardware.

**Requirements:**

  • Bachelor’s degree in Aerospace, Mechanical, or Chemical Engineering with 4-15 years of relevant experience, or Master’s with 2-13 years.
  • Experience in solid rocket motor design, analysis, development, testing, or production support in aerospace/defense.
  • Proficiency in internal ballistics, combustion, thermodynamics, heat transfer, or structural analysis.

**Additional Information:**

  • Travel up to 10% and eligibility for U.S. Government export regulations required.
