Responsibilities:
- Create rocket motor concepts from high-level thrust/burn time requirements and refine into detailed grain and nozzle designs.
- Collaborate with design engineers, analysts, chemists, and manufacturing to define propellant grain geometries and optimize burn rates.
- Lead static fire test campaigns, analyze test data, and oversee propellant casting and curing cycles.
Qualifications:
- Associate's degree with 10-12 years experience; Engineering degree required.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Preferred: Bachelor's degree; strong product innovation and research skills.
