Job Summary:

  • Lead or coordinate project planning, resourcing, and progress reporting across multiple programs.
  • Serve as engineering interface to program management, senior leadership, and customers.
  • Ensure project results meet technical, quality, schedule, and cost requirements.

Essential Functions:

  • Perform engineering design evaluations to complete projects within budget and schedule.
  • Review industry policies to ensure data accuracy, security, and regulatory compliance.
  • Develop project schedules, budgets, and forecasts; select materials and staff.

Required Qualifications:

  • Associate's degree in Engineering with 2-4 years' experience; Bachelor's preferred.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office; knowledge of CAE and project management software.
  • Strong oral and written communication skills and analytical thinking.
