Lead or coordinate project planning, resourcing, and progress reporting across multiple programs.
Serve as engineering interface to program management, senior leadership, and customers.
Ensure project results meet technical, quality, schedule, and cost requirements.

Essential Functions:

Perform engineering design evaluations to complete projects within budget and schedule.
Review industry policies to ensure data accuracy, security, and regulatory compliance.
Develop project schedules, budgets, and forecasts; select materials and staff.

Required Qualifications:

Associate's degree in Engineering with 2-4 years' experience; Bachelor's preferred.
Proficient in Microsoft Office; knowledge of CAE and project management software.
Strong oral and written communication skills and analytical thinking.
