Learning & Development Business Partner

The Learning & Development Business Partner will build partnerships and stakeholder relationships within the operation, understanding needs and challenges deeply, becoming the subject matter expert (SME) within designated operational area, staying closely attuned to all changes that may impact learning criteria. They will partner with key stakeholders to define success metrics for learning interventions and track their effectiveness, gather insights from learners, facilitators, and operational leads to inform continuous improvement of learning materials and experiences. The role involves converting required skills and knowledge for roles into impactful curriculums and clear learning outcomes, partnering effectively with the design team for seamless conversion of curriculums into engaging text copy and learning experiences. Supporting facilitators with SME questions from live training sessions is essential, as is ensuring learning experiences are up to date, consistent, and aligned with learning standards.
