Senior Trial Counsel

Bring Coinbase's litigation docket in-house as a Sr. Trial Counsel with a track record of winning at trial. The successful candidate will own every aspect of their matters, from intake, to discovery, to summary judgment, and if necessary, trial. Matters will vary but would generally consist of U.S. consumer arbitrations. Develop and drive Coinbase’s consumer litigation strategy. Manage and run all aspects of consumer arbitration matters, including discovery, fact development, witness preparation, depositions, hearings, motion practice, and arbitration trials. Identify and manage litigation risk and counsel the business to minimize exposure.
