Job Description
Day to Day:
- Directs day-to-day monitoring of the syndicated loan portfolio.
- Maintains direct contact with external agents.
- Assists with loan trade settlement and portfolio administration.
Responsibilities:
- Collaborates with credit underwriters and relationship managers.
- Prepares internal credit monitoring reports and annual reviews.
- Evaluates amendments, waivers and borrower requests.
Compliance:
- Ensures compliance with internal credit policies, regulatory expectations and loan agreements.
