Senior Underwriter

Gravie is looking for a Senior Underwriter to lead pricing, risk evaluation, and underwriting strategy. You will independently underwrite Gravie’s most complex cases and serve as a technical expert in pricing and risk assessment, and take ownership of a block of business. Your responsibilities will include using Gravie’s proprietary underwriting engine, providing strategic pricing options, rating complex level funded plans, communicating with sales and account management teams, and mentoring junior underwriters. The ideal candidate will have 7+ years of underwriting experience, deep knowledge of level-funded products, strong leadership, and skilled negotiating abilities.
