Product Owner – Hypertargeting

The AbbVie Business Technology Solutions (BTS) team shapes the digital transformation necessary for our treatments to positively impact patients’ lives. In the role of Product Owner of Hypertargeting, you’ll tackle complex challenges as you develop and diversify your professional experiences while helping others grow and develop their skills. You will report directly to the Business Relationship Manager. You will manage technology portfolio products such as Audience Builder and NBA Suggestions which support our Customer Engagement model and Marketing Automation strategy through definition of customer segmentation and personalization strategies. Responsible for planning and overseeing a portfolio of technology products from ideation to operation ; including securing cross-functional alignment on project scope, benefits, cost, and timeline. Expected to work effectively across various IT shared services teams, external Agencies, and other Commercial business stakeholders. You will proactively understand the business strategies and the technology needs of the business. Identify current and emerging business needs and evaluate technology solutions to balance short-term and long-term objectives. Understand both data and technology capabilities already in use across AbbVie and recommend appropriate application within their product portfolio. Lead the creation of data and technology roadmaps to support the strategic needs of their product. Ensure alignment between evolving business needs and corporate technology strategies within our technology ecosystem. Propose, initiate, and lead programs that transform processes or technology capabilities. Lead engagement with business teams to define and implement products strategies aligned with business goals. Leverage products within portfolio to create personalized experiences across various channels and touchpoints . Continuously optimize personalization strategies based on data analysis and performance metrics.
